A Click-Through Agreement (also known as a click-wrap agreement) is a digital contract in which the user accepts the terms and conditions of a product or service by clicking a button such as "I Agree" or "Accept" before gaining access to the software. By clicking on to the button to log in to our software this mean acceptance of our license agreement.
By clicking to accept, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms — creating a legally binding contract between the user and Accfin Software without the need for a physical or wet-ink signature.
