Where shares have been allotted in error the best way to fix it is by shareholders resolutions. Its imperative that all the shareholders sign and agree to the resolution. The problem in this particular case is that too many shares were issued and we were asked if they should do a buyback of shares which would have resulted in an independent expert being appointed. Why go through this when everyone agrees.
