How It Works
  1. Email Integration: Sky Software allows users to send emails to clients with attachments that require digital signatures.   2. Secure Digital Portal: When a document is sent out for signature, the client receives an email with instructions and a secure link to a digital portal. Here, they can review the document and provide their digital signature. This process ensures the authenticity of the signer and the integrity of the document​ (Accfinsky)​​ (Accfinsky)​.
  3. Automatic Updates and Tracking: Once the client signs the document, it is automatically returned to the Sky system. Users can track the status of all sent documents through the Document Storage Enquiry feature, which provides a comprehensive view of each document’s journey—from initiation to completion.   4. Integration with Other Modules: The digital signature feature is integrated across various Sky Software modules. Pricing for unlimited signatures is R250 exclusive per month to be paid by debit order and is per user. This  charge is an add on to the Sky licence fee as this money is paid to Signiflow and can be paid by monthly debit order or annually.
