Sky Software’s digital signature feature is designed to streamline and secure document signing processes for accounting firms. It integrates seamlessly into the Sky Software suite, enhancing the efficiency of sending, signing, and tracking documents digitally. How It Works
Email Integration: Sky Software allows users to send emails to clients with attachments that require digital signatures. This feature is particularly useful for documents like mandate letters, tax return letters, and other important communications that need formal approval from clients(Accfinsky) (Accfinsky).
Secure Digital Portal: When a document is sent out for signature, the client receives an email with instructions and a secure link to a digital portal. Here, they can review the document and provide their digital signature. This process ensures the authenticity of the signer and the integrity of the document(Accfinsky) (Accfinsky).
Automatic Updates and Tracking: Once the client signs the document, it is automatically returned to the Sky system. Users can track the status of all sent documents through the Document Storage Enquiry feature, which provides a comprehensive view of each document’s journey—from initiation to completion. This tracking capability helps firms stay organized and ensures that no document goes unsigned or untracked(Accfinsky) (Accfinsky).
Integration with Other Modules: The digital signature feature is integrated across various Sky Software modules. For example, documents related to tax filings, secretarial tasks, or client communications can all utilize digital signatures, ensuring consistency and security across all firm operations(Accfinsky) (Accfinsky).

Pricing for unlimited signatures is R250 exclusive per month to be paid by debit order and is per user. This charge is an add on to the Sky licence fee as this money is paid to Signiflow and can be paid by monthly debit order or annually.
