SKY CRM - STICKY NOTES The most important CRM functions in your tax practice are about TAX, but could be about anything. Waiting for something from your client or for approval for you to file. When SARS sends a notice from you profile a sticky note is opened - this is a record which is automatically opened with the details of the notices until it is cleared. The next time you log in you will be advised about the sticky note in fact all uncleared items. You will then have the opportunity to allocate the Sticky Note to any staff member. In fact each time you log in a list of all outstanding sticky notes will be presented.

Send messages to other users by sticky notes.
The system automatically generates messages from SARS.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT Sky's document management is a very powerful system and there is no need to have another system in place.
Sky can store an unlimited number of documents of a permanent nature - there is no limit to number or size.
Sky generates trans-actional documents that are generated by the system
