We discuss the LATEST changes on all the BO compliance issues. There have been many changes on the understanding of the CIPC beneficial ownership and the FIC requirements.
* Mandate required - why this is so important
* Certification of all documents - why this is so essential
* We will discuss the difference between Beneficial Interest and Beneficial Ownership which many don't understand
* The situation with an "Affected Company"
* Discussion on areas of disagreement in regard to trusts owning shares in a company
* The uploading of the Share Register to the CIPC - mixed messages about which one should be uploaded
* We will show how to calculate who the beneficial owners of a company are through trusts
* Why you can't calculate Beneficial Ownership without an organogram
* The method of doing all this work is time consuming (manually) and we still have to pressurise the CIPC to make it easier.
* We have some disagreements with the CIPC which we will explain.
